To support continued growth and operational scale, we are seeking a dynamic Production Planning Coordinator to join our production team at our Crewe facility. This is a pivotal role, bridging technical planning and day-to-day scheduling across manufacturing, procurement, and project delivery.

The Role

This is a hands-on planning and coordination role with responsibility for managing end-to-end production scheduling using CIM50, Microsoft Project, and Excel-based resource tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Execute MRP runs and oversee manufacturing schedules via CIM50 Build and issue works orders and purchase orders, ensuring correct BOMs, routing, and cost attribution Review and verify AutoCAD drawings and schedules for BOM accuracy Update and maintain the weekly production plan in Microsoft Project, aligning priorities with workshop capacity Coordinate day-to-day workloads using our Production Captured Resource Plan (Excel v2.80) Record actual hours post-completion and close out works orders in CIM50 Allocate project codes and Monday.com stage references to support Sage-based cost tracking

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a manufacturing planning or production coordination role Solid understanding of MRP systems - preferably CIM50 / Sage 50 Manufacturing Proficient with AutoCAD drawings and interpreting technical schedules Strong MS Excel skills (lookup functions, pivot tables) and experience with project scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project) Process-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail Strong communicator with the ability to coordinate across departments and adjust to shifting priorities

Desirable

Background in construction, modular build, or bespoke fabrication environments Familiarity with Monday.com, Sage 50, and resource planning via Excel-based models
