Friday: 6:45 AM - 2:00 PM

30 minute unpaid meal break each day

Salary:

26,000 - 28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role

Lebus Upholstery, one of the UK's leading furniture manufacturers, is looking for a

Production Planning Co-ordinator

to join our dynamic Planning Team. This key role supports the efficient flow of production through accurate scheduling, coordination with departments and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

As Production Planning Co-ordinator, you will:

Work closely with Sales, Transport and Manufacturing teams to align production plans that meet with company goals and customer expectations.

Liaise with the Logistics team during pre planning and planning stage in order to create a plan that meets both the needs of production and transport.

Build daily deliverable loads, which will form the order of the weekly production process, using upholstery labour rates and standard minute values.

Create & Issue production reports to all areas of the business

Adjust production plans as needed to accommodate customer order changes, capacity shifts, or performance updates - including issuing production memos.

Maintain and update the production capacity spreadsheet.

Communicate directly with key customers when required.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills. Previous experience in a production or planning environment is highly desirable. Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced manufacturing setting is essential.
