Job Overview

Our property refurbishment coordinator roles involve overseeing and managing the various aspects of property renovation projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to the required standards. These roles involve coordinating with contractors, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

Developing project plans, setting timelines, and coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Budget Management:

Tracking expenses, managing costs, and ensuring projects stay within allocated budgets.

Quality Control:

Conducting site inspections, ensuring work is completed to the required standards, and addressing any issues that arise.

Communication and Reporting:

Maintaining clear communication channels with all parties involved and providing regular progress updates.

Compliance:

Ensuring all work adheres to relevant building regulations, health and safety standards, and other legal requirements.

Problem Solving:

Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the refurbishment process.
Required Skills and Experience:

Project Management:

Experience in managing refurbishment projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:

Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.

Knowledge of Building Regulations and Standards:

Understanding of relevant legislation, health and safety standards, and other legal requirements.

Proficiency in relevant software:

Familiarity with project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.

Experience in the property sector:

Previous experience in property management, construction, or related fields is often beneficial.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-27,000.00 per year
