We are looking for a confident, well-presented Property Consultant to represent Ilford Estates in a front-facing role, supporting sales, lettings, and brand presence.

Role Overview

The Property Consultant will act as a key representative of Ilford Estates, engaging with clients, attending property viewings, and supporting marketing and social media activity. This role is ideal for someone confident, personable, and interested in property.

Key Responsibilities

Attend and conduct property viewings Meet and assist buyers, tenants, and landlords Represent Ilford Estates professionally at all times Assist with property listings and basic marketing tasks Appear in property-related social media content (photos/videos) Respond to enquiries and follow up with clients Support the sales and lettings team as required
Candidate Requirements

Confident and articulate communicator Well-presented and professional appearance Friendly, approachable, and reliable Based in or near Ilford Interest in property and real estate Willingness to appear in professional social media content
Experience in property or sales is preferred but not essential - full guidance will be provided.
