Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our estate agency team as a Property Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start a career within property--no previous experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.

About the Role



You will work across both our sales and lettings departments, providing hands-on support and delivering excellent customer service. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, ideal for someone confident, organised, and eager to learn.

Duties



Booking, managing and coordinating property viewings Conducting in-person viewings with applicants Qualifying/vetting applicants for viewings and applications Using initiative to match applicants to suitable properties Handling enquiries with a confident and professional phone manner General administration, paperwork, and data entry Using Microsoft Office and internal CRM systems Creating and posting social media content for property marketing Supporting both the Sales and Lettings teams as required

Requirements



Full UK driving licence (essential) Friendly, confident and outgoing personality Good communication skills, both written and verbal Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Good phone manner and customer-service mindset Ability to use initiative and problem-solve Organised, adaptable, and eager to learn
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 20,000.00 per year
