We've got an exciting opportunity for a experienced Property Manager to join our friendly and supportive team, who will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, whilst delivering a professional, flexible and responsive service to the Landlords and Tenants.

You will thrive under pressure and take pride in liaising with multiple parties to manage both planned and reactive issues and resolve conflicts, whilst delivering a high standard of customer service, in a honest, informed, and professional manner.

Essential skills include:

Excellent knowledge of all lettings compliance and legislation High level of maintenance and contractor knowledge Quality customer service skills and a customer focused attitude Genuine interest in property and people Able to multi-task and manage a challenging, multifaceted workload Good initiative and decision making Highly skilled at time management Superb organisation and administration ability Strong IT proficiency Strong relationship and rapport building Empathetic and emotionally intelligent A full driving licence is a must, as well as own transport

Experience/qualifications required:

Experience using Fixflo is advantageous 3 years of Lettings experience 2 years of Property Management experience Level 3 ARLA award is desirable

Working hours:

The business' core working hours are Monday to Thursday 09:00 - 17:30, Friday 09:00- 17:00.

Pay: 26,000.00-33,000.00 per year
