Property Manager
to take operational ownership and ensure smooth, efficient day-to-day management of our assets
The Role
Reporting directly to the Company Director, you will be the go-to person for managing all aspects of our property operations. This is a hands-on, full-time role that requires a proactive, organised, and experienced individual who can confidently manage a broad range of property types and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate all tenancy matters, including onboarding, renewals, and terminations
Manage utility accounts, council tax, service contracts, and supplier relationships
Liaise with tenants, councils, and contractors to resolve issues efficiently
Organise and oversee maintenance works, repairs, and property inspections
Handle rent collection, arrears management, and deposit handling
Maintain up-to-date property records and compliance certifications
Travel to properties across Coventry and surrounding areas as required
Create and implement effective property management processes and systems from the ground up
About You
Proven experience in residential or mixed-use property management (minimum 2 years preferred)
Confident managing a varied portfolio and operating independently
Familiarity with property management software (any platform) and general tech literacy
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
A solutions-focused attitude with the ability to take initiative and ownership
