We're Hiring: Property Manager (Full-Time, Permanent)

Based in our Tunbridge Wells Office

Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm

Bracketts Chartered Surveyors Estate Agents, a well-established and independently owned firm with offices in Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge, is seeking a Residential Property Manager to join our expanding Residential Lettings Team in Tunbridge Wells.

If you're self-motivated, and customer-focused with a strong background in residential property management, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of residential properties using MRI Qube and STREET software Be the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, leaseholders, and contractors Build strong, professional relationships with clients and ensure high levels of service Oversee repairs, maintenance, and property compliance Conduct routine property visits and site inspections Keep clients informed of all legal obligations and changes in tenancy legislation

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

A solid track record in residential property management Professional demeanor and strong communication skills Experience in people or contractor management ARLA qualification (preferred but not essential) Excellent computer literacy and organisational skills A full UK driving licence Knowledge of the Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells area Experience with Qube and/or STREET software (preferred but not essential)
