Responsibilities and Duties

In this dynamic role, your daily responsibilities will include:

- Managing tenancy renewals and terminations

- Coordinating repair and maintenance works

- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including up-to-date gas safety certificates

- Preparing properties for new tenancies

- Conducting routine inspections

- Handling various other Property Management tasks as required

Criteria for Application

We are keen to receive applications from candidates who possess:

- A minimum of one year of customer service experience

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with landlords and tenants

- Strong organisational aptitude, including the ability to prioritise tasks

- A meticulous approach to work, with a focus on detail

- Proven problem-solving abilities

- A full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle (mileage will be compensated)

Compensation and Benefits

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 19,000 - 24,000 Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Bonus scheme available
