Ross & Liddell are looking for a Property Manager, with a factoring background, to join our friendly, fast paced team.
It is essential that candidates have experience in factoring and a strong understanding of the Code of Conduct within Property Factors (Scotland) Act 2011. Previous experience using CPL Software is desired. Candidates with no previous factoring experience will not be considered for this role.

Our Property Managers are our knowledge base. They have experience in dealing with day-to-day management matters, which is why they are best placed to engage with clients on complex issues by telephone and by meeting face-to-face.
Our teamwork approach means that repairs, proposed works, inspections, contract management, insurance and general enquiries are addressed by our dedicated teams. This allows our Property Managers to be proactive in their approach.
The successful candidate will be responsible for :-
Delivering a professional factoring service to all clients by maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Meeting owners in the office and on-site and conducting formal meetings as required
Responding in a professional manner to a high volume of emails
Carrying out regular visits to developments to ensure that client expectations on ongoing services and repairs are being met.
All connected administration - communicating effectively via email, letter and phone calls
Ongoing training and support will be provided.
It is essential that candidates have experience in factoring. All candidates should have strong communication, problem solving and organisational skills + a full driving licence.
This is a permanent post, working Monday to Friday with access to pool cars for onsite use.
Flexible working hours available- 8am - 4pm/ 9am - 5pm/ 10am - 6pm
