Minimum 1 year in a property management roleWe're Ivy Property - a small but mighty letting and estate agency based in Glasgow's vibrant West End. Our close-knit team is highly experienced, deeply established in our careers, and driven by honesty, kindness, and collaboration. We're proud to offer a bespoke, customer-focused service - and now, we're looking for a like-minded Property Manager to join our team.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday (9-5.30pm), where you'll play a key part in supporting our clients and helping us deliver the top-tier, personal service we're known for.
We're looking for someone with at least 2 years -ideally more- of property management experience, great communication skills, and a positive, team-spirited attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of rental properties Handling repairs and maintenance efficiently Coordinating safety certificates and compliance Building relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors Managing check-ins, check-outs, and routine inspections Supporting our team with general office tasks
