Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a keen ability to enhance tenant satisfaction through effective communication and management practices. This role requires a professional who is adept at upselling services and maintaining an organised office environment while ensuring that all property-related tasks are executed efficiently.

Responsibilities



Manage the day-to-day operations of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet the needs of tenants. Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Facilitate lease agreements, renewals, and terminations while maintaining accurate records through data entry. Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants, including upselling available units or services. Maintain financial records, including rent collection and expense tracking using property management software such as Yardi. Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to ensure prompt resolution of issues affecting tenants. Prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and tenant satisfaction for management review.

Requirements



Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Strong administrative skills with proficiency in data entry and office management tasks. Familiarity with property management software, particularly Yardi, is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and customer service. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple properties effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35,374.00-38,900.00 per year
