Mount & Minster are currently looking for two experienced Property Managers to job share in our Lincoln office. The successful Property Managers will be experienced within Property Management, hardworking and reliable. You must be presentable, a good communicator, willing to learn and able to use your own initiative. Above all you will be highly organised.
The job openings will overlap with one person working 0830-1300 and the other working 1230-1700 Monday to Friday.
The position involves working one Saturday a month 0900-1300. You will receive a day off in lieu for each Saturday worked.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, and understand and be fully conversant with regulations surrounding lettings and have the ability to deal with high pressure situations. You will have experience of instructing inventories, understanding what constitutes fair wear and tear and will have dealt successfully with tenant disputes and returning deposits. In addition you will understand the need for delivering excellent customer care.
You will have experience of dealing with maintenance requests, liaising between tenants, contractors and landlords to find appropriate and cost effective solutions.
You will liaise with the Head of Lettings to plan refurbishment works for certain properties. You will have a good understanding of buildings and their construction.
