Role Purpose

Responsibilities



Tenant Accounts:

To ensure rent is paid, management of tenant arrears. Records are updated accordingly. All procedures are adhered to. Support any legal action that may arise and keep a thorough log of all tenant contact.

Tenant liaison and customer service:

To be the main contact for all tenants, handling queries and issues in a timely and professional manner, whilst maintaining strong relationships and high standards of service.

Management of tenancies:

Over see the full move in process and ensure all paperwork and payments are complete. Preparation of all tenancy documents and deliver a exceptional welcoming experience.

Property inspections:

To ensure all property inspections are carried out to a high standard, address and report and breach of tenancy, respond to any complaints that arise and arrange repairs/renovations as and when necessary.

New Developments:

Work closely with the development team to prioritize customer need, and support with the launch of new sites, assisting with the move in process and tenant enquiries.

Deposits:

Manage the full deposit process, ensuring legal compliance. Apply fair charges, handle disputes and maintain good tenant relationships.

Landlords:

Build and maintain strong relationships, providing them with regular updates, seek permissions and act as the main link between landlord and tenant.

Charges:

To understand the process of what costs can be charged, working with block management and identify any opportunities to generate income.

Flexibility:

Role requires flexibility around working hours, including working weekends during busy periods or as and when the business requires.

September move in and out:

Coordinate the bulk September move period, ensuring files, payments, and documents are complete and provide a smooth and well managed experience for all tenants.

Collaboration:

To work closely with all team members and actively contribute to meetings and shared goals/objectives.

Skills



Strong administrative skills with experience in office management. Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with tenants and service providers. Accurate data entry skills to maintain up-to-date records. Ability to upsell properties effectively during viewings or tenant interactions. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Pay: 29,037.00-32,000.00 per year
