Full-time or Part-time (Min. 20 hours/week across 4 or 5 days)

Summary:

We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Property Manager to ensure the smooth running of our managed portfolio. This is a hands-on role at the centre of our lettings operation, ensuring properties are well maintained, tenancies run efficiently, and landlords and tenants receive exceptional support throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, providing clear communication and support Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and safety checks to keep properties compliant and well maintained Carry out regular property inspections and prepare follow-up reports Oversee tenancy lifecycles, including move-ins, move-outs, and deposit handling Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with lettings legislation Build strong relationships with contractors and manage supplier services Support the lettings team with administration and office duties Deliver excellent customer service with a proactive, problem-solving approach

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 years experience in lettings Ability to demonstrate a moderate level of technical knowledge of lettings Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
