Key Responsibilities:

Organise and oversee maintenance for properties, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. Manage tenancies from start to finish, including tenant onboarding and offboarding. Conduct regular property inspections, providing valuable feedback and recommendations for property improvement. Handle deposit claims with professionalism and accuracy, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and landlords, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate:

2 years of experience in the property industry, with a strong understanding of property management processes. Full UK driving licence, enabling you to travel to properties and meet clients as needed. Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to build rapport with tenants and landlords. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with attention to detail in all aspects of your work. A team player who enjoys working collaboratively but is also capable of working independently.
