Lettings Property Manager

to join our friendly, motivated team, based in our Paignton office.

What You'll Be Doing:

Handling property viewings and tenancy negotiations Conducting check-ins, check-outs, inspections, and inventories Coordinating responsive maintenance with trusted local contractors Delivering outstanding service to both landlords and tenants
You'll be empowered to work autonomously, but always with the support of a collaborative, experienced team behind you.

What We're Looking For:

At least 1 year

of lettings/property management experience Strong local knowledge of

the local area

A full

UK driving licence

and your own vehicle Someone ready to hit the ground running and ideally, to start soon
