Commercial Property Surveyors & agents require a Property Manager. 20-25 hours per week. The role will involve carrying out various property management tasks, on behalf of our clients, including:-
Managing a portfolio of commercial properties
Update property management system with relevant information including company details, rent charges, measurements, etc
Liaising with finance team with regards to service charges, rents, reconciliations
Assisting with preparation of budgets and forecasts
Maintaining the property and arranging for contractors quotes for building upkeep, addressing tenant complaints, supervising repairs & maintenance, etc
Carry out regular inspections of managed properties to ensure tenants comply with agreed upkeep of the property and lease agreement
Ensure proper maintenance of lease and property files and ensure such files are updated as required
Dealing with meter readings and utility companies on managed property in multiple occupation.
Key Skills:
Excellent level of customer service both on the phone and face to face
Previous property management is preferred but not necessary
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Sound numerical and IT skills to include MS Word and Excel
Full driving license and own car

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
