Job Description

We're looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused

Property Manager

to join our expanding team in Fareham. You'll take full responsibility for a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring landlords, tenants, and contractors receive a seamless, high-quality service at every stage. From inspections and move-ins to maintenance and compliance, you'll be the key point of contact keeping everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of residential properties across Hampshire and nearby areas Act as the main liaison between landlords, tenants, and contractors, resolving issues promptly and professionally Carry out property inspections, move-ins, and check-outs with detailed reporting Handle maintenance requests from start to finish, minimising disruption for tenants Monitor rent payments, manage arrears, and support renewals and compliance for the lettings team Keep accurate property records and ensure all documentation meets legal standards Provide clear updates, advice, and recommendations to landlords, always acting in their best interests

About You

1-2 years' experience in residential property management Local knowledge of Fareham and surrounding areas (advantageous) Highly organised, dependable, and able to prioritise a busy workload Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Confident using property management software (e.g., 10Ninety, Alto, or similar) Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
