We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed, and proactive
Assistant Manager
to join our dynamic hospitality team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the venue, ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining high standards in food and beverage quality, and fostering a positive team environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality and keen to grow their leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Lead and supervise team members across departments including front-of-house, bar, and kitchen.
Contribute to food preparation and production to uphold quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
Provide input on creative drink menus, especially cocktails, and support seasonal or event-based offerings.
Assist in planning and delivering engaging events and promotions.
Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and team morale.
Handle guest enquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Monitor stock levels, place orders as required, and assist in inventory control.
Collaborate with management on menu development, special offerings, and operational improvements.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance across all areas of the venue in line with health and safety regulations.
Skills & Experience:
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a customer-first mindset.
Previous experience in a hospitality management or supervisory role.
Good understanding of food production standards and food safety requirements.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Passion and creativity for cocktails and beverage innovation is highly desirable.
