Job Description

Travel expense reimbursements- base site city way with travel expense payable above 15 miles(15 miles is deemed part of normal working commute)

Minimum 4 days per week on different sites with travel expected.



Hours : 42.5 hours



The role is not just based in Kent and travel is needed to all sites. The role will be site based everyday with travel required to every site on an agreed rota basis. Overnight stays may be needed near to locations if deemed better use of time on a case by case basis.

Role Overview:



The Oradent Group is seeking an experienced and highly organised Quality and Compliance Manager to provide comprehensive support to the Operations Director and Business Owners. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with a dynamic executive team and contribute to the continued success of a leading Dental company.

Responsibilities:



Be responsible for all aspects of quality and compliance by identifying, assessing and managing compliance risk within the business, meeting the Company Standards and regulatory requirements. Be responsible and support the Dental Practice Managers in the preparation for regulatory inspections. Regularly review and keep up to date with changes in regulatory, legislative and market practices that impact the business. Undertake Regular audits of the Dental practices and ensure that they are compliant at all times in line with regulations and company protocols. Set Action plans for completion and monitor/ review. Keep track of all upcoming and overdue tasks for practices and ensure the practice managers are completing and monitor. Working closely with the Practice Managers and to support them in all tasks and activities. Liaising with the Practice mangers to ensure that all team members learnings are up-to-date, Identify individual training requirements and support the practice manager to ensure training is delivered. Act as the Privacy Champion ensuring that all processes comply with GDPR. Update and maintain the GDPR Data Registers for the office. Assist the Practice Managers with risk and needs assessments, as and when required. Assist Practice Manager for weekly schedules to be created and in a timely manner, when needed. Maintain effective systems ensuring that all folders, files and databases are kept up to date. Attend Practice CQC visits and support the Practice Manager. Support in all aspects of office administration activities whilst being reactive to the needs of the business. Be on-call as per the companies on call policy and procedures. Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business.

Qualifications:



Good working knowledge of IT systems with experience of Microsoft Office or Google Suite and virtual communication platforms with the ability to learn and adopt new technologies where appropriate in support of being a 'paperless' office. Proven experience in office administration within a busy office environment. Experience of supporting projects and working to tight deadlines. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask. Self-motivated and able to work flexibly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure. Strong team player with the confidence to work alone. Experience of working in line with CQC compliance.

Pay: 32,000.00 per year
