A skilled and passionate Piercer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in guest services and a flair for creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients. As a Piercer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality piercing services while ensuring the utmost safety and hygiene standards are maintained. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage client expectations will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

Perform various types of body piercings with precision and care, ensuring client comfort throughout the process. Maintain a clean and sterile work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Provide exceptional guest services by welcoming clients, answering questions, and addressing any concerns they may have regarding the piercing process. Educate clients on aftercare procedures to ensure proper healing of piercings. Manage appointments and schedules efficiently, using front desk skills to maximise client satisfaction. Upsell additional services such as jewellery options or aftercare products to enhance the client experience. Engage with clients through social media management, promoting services and building a loyal customer base. Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere within the studio.

Experience

Previous experience in body piercing is essential, with a portfolio showcasing your work preferred. Strong skills in guest services, with an emphasis on hospitality and client relationship management. Experience in makeup application or eyelash extensions is advantageous but not mandatory. Proficiency in social media management to effectively promote services and engage with clients online. Excellent communication skills, enabling you to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
