We are recruiting a 0.1FTE 37 hours per week Recovery Coach to join our HWYNI Team in Bristol to support in providing low level tier 2 support for people across Bristol. Help When You Need It aims to provide people with flexible, tailored support at the right time and place. The Bristol based service will also link in with other agencies to overcome the barriers than limit people from achieving their goals.
About the role

Contributing to a service that has high aspirations for service users and has a commitment to supporting recovery for everyone
using the service. Work in a team of Recovery Coaches in the delivery of specified Goal Based Outcomes for clients and individualised case management to time and standard.
Ensuring safe service delivery, safeguarding service users, cares and families.
Positive outcomes for service users are achieved through effective time managed support
Full implementation of policies and procedures.
Contribution to the development of the service.
Collaboration and contribution to the effectiveness of the team.
The role is (1.0FTE) 37 hrs per week Monday to Friday
Flexible working can be considered
The current contract runs until September 2025
Place of work will be at our office in Pennywell Road, Bristol with a combination of working from home.

About you
You will:
Have Skills in supporting clients to lead their recovery journey, and to maximize their choice and control and be passionate about improving the lived experience and health of people using mental health services
A proven knowledge and understanding of the care and support requirements of people with complex and multiple needs relating to homelessness, mental health, offending, drugs and alcohol
Solutions focused "can do" approach
Good standard of IT skills
Proven experience of outreach or floating support work, demonstrating persistence and flexibility and a range of strategies in successfully supporting clients to engage
Proven ability to build relationships, and to work collaboratively and successfully in a team environment across sectors and agencies
