T&M Vehicles Ltd is a leading vehicle recovery and garage service provider covering Essex, Suffolk, and beyond. We are currently looking for an experienced and organised

Recovery Controller

to join our growing operations team.

Role Responsibilities:

Dispatch recovery drivers to jobs efficiently and promptly Monitor incoming jobs via telephone, emails, and live job systems Liaise with customers, roadside assistance networks, and internal departments Prioritise workloads and manage response times Maintain accurate records and job logs Provide excellent customer service under pressure Keep paperwork for police jobs up to date.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a recovery control room or logistics dispatch role (preferred) Strong communication and multitasking skills Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving ability Good IT literacy (job systems, tracking software, spreadsheets) Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends if required

Must be able to pass police vetting due to the nature of the role
