The role


Fixed Term Contract until 3rd March 2024 Following the recent merger between legacy Optivo and Southern Housing Group to form Southern Housing. We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for an exceptional Recruitment Advisor who wants to make a real difference and impact on the way we recruit into our organisation. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Recruitment Advisor and Recruitment Manager in delivering across the organisation recruitment best practice and processes. You will need to be an experienced Talent or Recruitment Advisor with experience of high volume recruitment campaigns. You will have the opportunity to deliver competitor analysis, salary benchmarking and ensure that we are utilising various media and job platforms to target the relevant candidates whilst improving our organisations internal and external branding and candidate experience. You will keep ahead of the times and ensure hiring managers stay aligned with our HEART values:

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need

• Hands-on experience of full-cycle recruitment experience within a high volume recruitment tole.
• Good knowledge of recruitment practice and how to implement it in an in-house environment
• Previous experience of working with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment software
• Up to date knowledge of UK employment legislation and the ability to apply this.
• Experience of working with people data, systems, and processes.
• Experience of establishing and maintaining good working relationships with internal and external customers, providing excellent customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent experience with data analysis
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and the ability to prioritise and plan effectively.
• Ability to listen, consider alternatives and manage diverse perspectives
• Ability to establish credibility, positive working relationships
• Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with difficult and confrontational situations
