Position purpose

To support the Senior Recruitment Advisor in the end to end recruitment process for London, Paris, Tokyo and Singapore, ensuring that processes and systems are running smoothly and that an excellent service and experience is provided to candidates and hiring managers.

About you

You will have a genuine interest in recruitment and in developing your knowledge about the function. You will be capable of handling a high volume of requests and able to stay level headed under pressure; coming up with solutions in an environment that is constantly changing. In return you will gain exposure to all levels of the business and help to manage the recruitment lifecycle

Main responsibilities

Recruitment:

  • Take ownership and drive all aspects of recruitment process for permanent, fixed term and contractor recruitment, including:
  • Assessing role requirements with hiring managers
  • Planning bespoke recruitment campaigns for specific roles
  • Managing candidate pipeline and source mix
  • Arranging interviews, assessments and conducting HR interviews
  • Salary negotiation, offer delivery and initiating onboarding process.
  • Prepare and post adverts to various job platforms and help to improve our employer brand through LinkedIn and careers website postings
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining the recruitment system (WorkDay), so that it can be used as the golden source for recruitment data and reporting
  • Leading the Summer Internship, Commercial Graduate and Data & IT Graduate recruitment campaigns including:
- Advertise and build relationships with universities regarding key courses for candidate attraction

- Focus on diversity and inclusion campaigns

- Review and select candidates

- Administer assessments (Sparkhire, Chemistry and Hackerrank)

- Plan assessment days (including executive committee, head of desk and hiring manager attendance)

- Preparation for the assessment day (score cards, feedback forms)

Profile required
  • 3+ years internal recruitment experience and strong stakeholder management
  • Been involved in multiple discipline recruitment including:
  • IT, middle and back office roles as well as international recruitment
  • Ideally looked after early careers / graduate recruitment including:
  • Campus recruitment
  • Building lasting relationships directly with Universities and Societies
  • Utilising third parties to recruit from a diverse talent pool
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of Right to Work processes
  • Be proactive and have a customer centric attitude
  • Able to prioritise and multitask
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office applications and ability to pick up use of other systems including WorkDay
Hours of work:

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
