As a

Recruitment Associate

, you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding the very best care professionals. Working closely with our management and care teams, you'll ensure we continue to recruit passionate individuals who share our commitment to excellence in care.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for care and support roles Write and post compelling job adverts Screen applications and conduct initial interviews Manage advertising across social media platforms Coordinate DBS checks, references, and compliance Attend local recruitment events and job fairs Maintain accurate records and recruitment reports Support HR and training teams with onboarding processes
What We're Looking For

Experience in recruitment is essential with good references Strong communication and organisational skills A proactive and approachable attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team A genuine passion for care and making a difference in people's lives
