Salary: Up to 58,000 + Bonuses



Are you an experienced and dedicated leader ready to manage a highly-rated children's home and deliver exceptional therapeutic care? We are seeking a

Registered Children's Home Manager

to lead our established 3-bedded residential service in Leicester.

Our home supports young people aged 8-17 with

Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)

and challenging behaviours, and currently holds a

"GOOD" Ofsted rating

Your Role

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the full operational, financial, and compliance management of the home. Your key duties will include:

OFSTED Registration:

Formally register with

OFSTED

as the Manager for the service.

Quality & Compliance:

Ensure the home consistently meets and exceeds both

OFSTED

and company standards.

Team Leadership:

Manage, recruit, and support

your staff team, fostering a culture of high-quality care and professional development.

Operational Management:

Oversee all aspects of the home, including managing

budgets

and the referral process.

Strategic Collaboration:

Work closely with HR, the Responsible Individual (RI), and the Operations Management team to ensure effective and safe running of the service.

Delivering Outcomes:

Ensure all young people are supported and cared for, driving positive outcomes in their lives.
Package & Requirements

What We Offer

Competitive Salary:

Up to

52,000

basic salary, plus performance-based

bonuses

, with a potential total package up to

58,000

.

What You'll Bring

Qualification:

An

NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management

(or equivalent).

Experience:

Two years

of proven experience as a

Deputy or Registered Manager

in a children's residential setting.

Driving:

A valid UK

Driving Licence

is essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 60,000.00 per year
