Salary: Up to 58,000 + Bonuses

to lead our established residential service inLeicester
.Our home specializes in supporting young people aged 8-17 with
Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)

As the Registered Manager, you will oversee the home's operational, financial, and compliance management:
OFSTED Registration:
Formally register withOFSTED
as the Manager for the service.Team Leadership:
Manage, recruit, and mentor
your staff team, fostering a culture of high-quality, person-centred care.Quality & Compliance:
Ensure the home consistently meets and exceeds bothOFSTED
and company standards.Operational Management:
Oversee all daily functions, including managingbudgets
, resources, and the referral process.Collaboration:
Work closely with the Responsible Individual (RI), HR, and the Operations team to ensure the safe and effective running of the service.Delivering Outcomes:
Drive positive, life-changing outcomes for all young people in your care.What We Offer

Qualification:
AnNVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management
(or equivalent).Experience:
Two years
of proven experience as aDeputy or Registered Manager
in a children's residential setting.Driving:
A valid UKDriving Licence

Pay: Up to 65,000.00 per year
