An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a brand-new 3-bedded home for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Join a new provider to deliver high-quality care and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of this home.

What we're looking for:
Experience managing an Ofsted rated Good or Outstanding children's home
A committed and enthusiastic leader with a passion to make a difference
Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
A full UK driving licence which you've held for at least 12 months
Proven experience as a Manager within residential childcare, particularly with children with EBD
A strong understanding of OFSTED regulations and the ability to meet high standards of care
Leadership skills to inspire and motivate your team
Dedication to making a lasting impact on the lives of vulnerable children
Registered Manager on-call duties
