Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring high standards of care
Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of clinical and care staff
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding, and health & safety standards
Manage budgets, staffing, and recruitment processes
Develop and implement care policies, quality improvement initiatives, and training programs
Maintain strong communication with residents, families, and external stakeholders
Requirements
Registered Nurse with a valid RGN or RMN PIN
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent)
Previous experience as a
Nursing Home Manager
or senior leadership role in a care setting
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
Knowledge of safeguarding, clinical governance, and regulatory compliance
