The Opportunity

We are working with a forward-thinking veterinary group opening a

brand new clinic in Mill Hill

. This is not a refurbishment or a rebrand. It is a clinic designed from the ground up to change how veterinary care feels, both for clients and for the people delivering it.

They are looking for an RVN who takes pride in high clinical standards, enjoys nurse consulting, and wants to help shape how a new clinic operates day to day. Someone who enjoys responsibility, values teamwork, and is excited by the idea of helping build the vet group of the future.

Your Journey Here

In Your First Month

You will settle into the clinic, build strong relationships with your colleagues, learn the practice management system, and become comfortable with protocols and workflows.

By Three Months

You will be confidently running nurse consults, monitoring anaesthetics, supporting procedures, and contributing to smooth daily operations. Your voice will matter, and your observations will be valued.

By Six Months

You will be a key part of the clinic's rhythm, helping uphold clinical standards, mentoring where appropriate, and playing an active role in shaping how this new practice continues to grow.
