The Opportunity

We are working with a forward-thinking veterinary group opening a

brand new, purpose-built clinic in Twickenham

. Their mission is simple but ambitious. To redesign the veterinary experience so it feels calm, joyful, and seamless for pets, clients, and the people delivering care.





This is not a copy-and-paste practice. The clinic has been designed around how veterinary teams actually work, with in-house technology built to support, not frustrate. The aim is to create a space that feels more like a sanctuary than a production line, where clinical excellence and human experience go hand in hand.





They are now looking for an RVN who wants to help set the tone from the very beginning. Someone who values gold-standard nursing, enjoys client interaction, and wants to work in a team that genuinely respects the nursing role.

You will be trusted to use your skills fully, from nurse consults and screening procedures, to GA monitoring, anaesthetic records, and surgical support. This is a role where nursing judgment matters.

Your Journey Here

In your first month

You will settle into the clinic, learn the systems and protocols, and build strong working relationships with the vets and fellow nurses as the practice opens its doors.

By three months

You will be confidently running nurse consults, supporting procedures, managing anaesthetics, and contributing ideas as the team refines how the clinic operates day to day.

By six months

You will be a key part of the clinic's rhythm. A trusted nurse whose standards help define how care is delivered, with space to develop special interests and grow as the practice evolves.
