We are recruiting a Reservations Agent

As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for handling external calls, taking reservations and supporting the Reservations Team on a day to day basis. You will work on site in the Reservations Office mostly from Monday to Friday (with possible Saturdays in the future depending on business needs)

The ideal candidate must have excellent command of English (written and verbal), excellent customer service and selling skills, together with a can do attitude.

Previous experience in hospitality is essential and a bubbly personality and exceptional communication skills are a must.
