About the role
Your responsibilities will include:
To be responsible for the efficient and effective operation for the clinical scheduling of the Theatre and Day case appointments.
As part of the Reservations Team, to provide administrative support for the clinic and Day Case Unit and will report to the Reservations Lead.
About you
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
Good standard of general education with GCSE (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics.
Experience of working in a public reception environment, ideally within the healthcare sector.
Experience managing face to face and telephone enquiries of the public/patients.
