2 days on / 4 days off (includes sleeps - This may vary depending on the needs of the home)
We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team in a Children's Residential Home based in Liverpool. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career and make a real difference in young lives.
Requirements:
Minimum Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People's Workforce (or equivalent)
Must be working towards or willing to work towards a Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare
At least 2 years' experience working in a children's residential setting
Minimum 1 year experience as a Senior Support Worker or Team Leader
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Desirable:
Experience delivering in-house training or mentoring junior staff
