We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, culinary arts, and team management. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining food safety standards, and leading a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas. Oversee food preparation and presentation to guarantee quality and consistency. Train, mentor, and develop kitchen and front-of-house staff to enhance their skills and performance. Create and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales. Collaborate with chefs to design menus that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner to ensure a positive dining experience. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.

Experience

Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is essential. Strong culinary knowledge with an understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is required. Previous experience in bartending or beverage management is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
