Position: Restaurant Manager

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of service and customer satisfaction that define New Dancing Dragon.

Key Responsibilities:

Overall management of restaurant operations. Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service. Oversee day-to-day activities, including reservations, dining room management, and staff coordination. Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain the quality and consistency of our culinary offerings. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive business growth. Uphold health and safety standards to ensure a safe dining environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Knowledge of Asian cuisine is a plus. Familiarity with health and safety regulations. The ability to speak and write Mandarin Chinese is preferred given the restaurant's existing client base, staff members and suppliers as the candidate is expected to communicate on a regular basis with these stakeholders.

Pay: 39,000.00-40,000.00 per year
