Duties

Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving. Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of service. Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations. Oversee food production processes to ensure quality and consistency. Train and develop team members in culinary techniques and customer service practices. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of hospitality principles. Culinary experience is highly desirable, along with knowledge of food preparation techniques. Supervising experience is essential, demonstrating the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive work environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
