We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the culinary arts, ensuring that our restaurant maintains the highest standards of food preparation and customer service. This role requires an individual who can effectively manage a team, supervise kitchen operations, and create a welcoming environment for both staff and guests.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and high-quality food production.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative team environment.
Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain smooth operations.
Develop and implement training programs for new staff members in food preparation and customer service.
Monitor customer feedback and address any concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu items that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including health codes and licensing requirements.
Experience
Proven experience in a restaurant management role or similar position within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Experience in food preparation and production, with a solid understanding of culinary techniques.
Familiarity with restaurant operations, including budgeting, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with guests and staff alike.
A background in hotel or catering management is advantageous but not essential.
