Full-time, 45 hours per week (including evenings & weekends)

. We are known for authentic Indian cuisine, friendly service, and a growing loyal customer base.

We currently operate

evenings only (5 PM - 11 PM)

, but we have plans to expand to

daytime service

with the right team in place.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced and motivated

Restaurant Manager

to join our team and take charge of daily operations, customer service, staff management, and local marketing. You'll play a key role in helping us grow our business and expand our hours of operation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily restaurant operations and staff scheduling Ensure excellent customer service during all shifts Supervise and train front-of-house team Oversee hygiene, health & safety, and licensing compliance Lead local marketing and manage our social media platforms Build partnerships with nearby hotels and studios Handle customer feedback and manage online reviews Manage inventory, supplier orders, and cost control Support future expansion to lunchtime and daytime trading

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management (Indian cuisine preferred) Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong understanding of customer service best practices Basic knowledge of social media and local marketing Reliable, organised, and able to handle busy service periods Must be available to work evenings and weekends
