Duties

Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, food preparation, and customer service. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service and uphold restaurant standards. Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate supplies for food production. Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business. Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menus that reflect current trends while adhering to food safety guidelines. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant management role is essential, with a strong understanding of food production processes. Proven ability in team management and supervising staff in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices within the hospitality industry. Experience in kitchen operations, with hands-on involvement in food preparation preferred. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both staff and customers. A background in hotel management or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
