Responsibilities
Oversee Daily Operations
Manage all aspects of the restaurant's day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all catering outlets.
Weddings & Events Coordination
Leading the event team to execute weddings and special events, maintaining high standards and exceptional guest experiences.
Staff Leadership & Scheduling
Train and manage front-of-house staff - assign responsibilities, and ensure appropriate staffing levels for all shifts and events.
Training & Development
Deliver ongoing training and support to ensure all staff are confident, professional, and aligned with brand standards. Promote continuous improvement and staff growth.
Food Quality & Presentation
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure all food is prepared, presented, and delivered to the highest standards -- consistently and on time.
Customer Service Excellence
Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service. Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Inventory & Cost Control
Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and cost-effective operations
Skills
Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing restaurant teams.
Strong culinary knowledge, particularly in food preparation techniques and presentation.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers alike.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the restaurant industry.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
