We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. This role requires a hands-on approach to supervising staff, managing food preparation, and maintaining the overall atmosphere of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards. Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Oversee food preparation and production processes to maintain consistency and quality. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction. Collaborate with suppliers to manage inventory and order supplies as needed. Develop and implement strategies to enhance restaurant performance and profitability. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas.

Skills

Proven experience in supervising teams within a restaurant or similar hospitality environment. Strong culinary knowledge, with an understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations. Excellent leadership abilities to inspire and motivate staff towards achieving common goals. Effective team management skills, capable of fostering a positive work culture. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in food production processes. Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and professionalism. Exceptional communication skills for interacting with both staff and customers effectively.
