We're now looking for a talented

Restaurant Manager

to lead our front of house team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a management role that's predominantly daytime-based, giving you evenings free while still delivering all the buzz of a busy, high-standard restaurant.

What You'll Do:

Lead daily FOH operations in a fast-moving brunch environment Manage and motivate a small, energetic team Ensure excellent guest experience and high service standards Oversee rota management, stock control, and day-to-day admin Support with training, hiring, and team development Drive service pace and quality throughout the day

What We're Looking For:

Experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in a high-volume setting Passion for food, coffee, and service Calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and leadership skills Hands-on, can-do approach with strong attention to detail Available to work weekdays and weekends (but mainly daytime shifts)
