Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and team management, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, fostering a positive work environment for staff, and driving overall restaurant success.

Duties

Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards. Supervise and train staff, including bartenders, and servers, to deliver excellent customer service. Oversee food preparation and production processes to maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene. Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menus that align with customer preferences and seasonal ingredients. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure efficient operation. Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively to maintain satisfaction. Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers. Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards throughout the establishment.

Skills

Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Proficient in food preparation techniques and knowledge of food production processes. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with staff and customers alike. Experience in bartending is advantageous but not essential. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
