We're looking for a dedicated and ambitious Restaurant Manager to lead our front of house team. What You'll Be Doing:

Overseeing daily front of house operations with efficiency and warmth Leading and developing the FOH team with hands-on support and guidance Ensuring excellent customer service and consistently high standards Using and managing OpenTable for bookings and guest communication (training can be provided) Working closely with the kitchen and ownership team to deliver smooth, cohesive service Managing customer enquiries and ensuring a welcoming, attentive experience Supporting recruitment, training, and team development Handling stock control, ordering, and cashing-up procedures Upholding a clean, safe, and guest-focused environment
Who You Are:

An experienced manager -- or someone ready to confidently step up into the role Driven, organised, and calm under pressure Passionate about great food, customer care, and local business A team player and natural communicator who leads by example Proactive and solutions-focused, with strong attention to detail Comfortable using till systems, basic software, and OpenTable (or ready to learn)
