Aangan, located in the charming village of Willington, Derby, is renowned for its authentic Nepalese and Indian cuisine. We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager with at least 2 years of relevant experience to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless customer experience Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally Welcome and farewell guests in a professional manner Overlook front team, manage rota, and job roles Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role (minimum 2 years recommended) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff Ability to manage a diverse team and work well under pressure Very good knowledge of Indian and Nepalese cuisine
