Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Duties

Supervise and coordinate activities of staff engaged in food preparation, cooking, serving, and cleaning. Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained throughout the restaurant. Manage inventory levels and oversee food production to ensure quality and consistency. Train and mentor staff in culinary techniques and customer service best practices. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism. Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menu items that reflect current trends. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale.

Experience

Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards. Supervising experience with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team effectively. Familiarity with barista duties or hotel restaurant operations is an advantage. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. A background in food production or kitchen management is highly desirable.
