Job Description

We are looking for Restaurant Manager to join our team in Feltham area. Candidates should be enthusiastic, reliable, punctual and hardworking.

Duties and Responsibilities included

:

Recruiting, training and supervising staff. Agreeing and managing budgets. Creating staffing rotas. Planning menus. Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation. Promoting and marketing the business. Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies. Handling customer enquiries and complaints. Taking reservations. Greeting and advising customers. Problem solving. Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports. Keeping statistical and financial records. Assessing and improving profitability. Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives. Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant. Opening and closing the restaurant interacting with customers (including serving food and drink) and ensuring that high standards of customer service are maintained Ensuring regular maintenance of the premises, including cleaning and repairs. Carry out any other reasonable instructions given by General Manager
To qualify for selection you must have the following minimum requirements: -

Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management and Hospitality Proven previous experience at required skill level
In addition you should also be:-

Performance, achievement and results driven Have an eye for detail Able to work well with others Creative energetic and passionate about delivering culinary excellence A hardworking, fastidious and conscientious individual Fast Paced and be able to work under pressure .
